Classroom use

You may use the publicly available tools for lesson preparation and teacher-led classroom activities. You may project the site and use the tools' printing and export features for your own teaching. Follow any additional licence or attribution information supplied with a particular resource.

Teachers are responsible for choosing suitable content, supervising classroom use and checking generated material before using it with learners. The tools and guides support teaching; they are not a formal assessment of a student's ability.

Your content and student information

Only use text, images and other materials that you have permission to use. You remain responsible for materials you enter into the tools and for files you export or share. Avoid entering sensitive student information, and follow your school's requirements for handling classroom data.

For details about local browser storage and external services, read the Privacy Policy. Keep copies of important exported files; clearing browser storage can remove locally saved settings or data.

Respect the site and its materials

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access or use it for unlawful purposes. Permission to use the tools in class does not give permission to resell the website, redistribute its source code or repackage its artwork as your own product.

Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and licences. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party content or override any licence already supplied with a resource. Contact us if you would like permission for a use not covered here.

External services

Links, tutorials and optional features may take you to services such as YouTube, Instagram or Ko-fi. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Check that a linked service is appropriate for your classroom before using it.

Availability and accuracy

Tools and guides may change, and errors or interruptions can happen. Check the activity on your classroom device before a lesson and have an alternative ready if a connection or feature is unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular educational outcome.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, tools and resources are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. This does not affect rights or guarantees that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitations and your responsibilities

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Last Bell Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the site. No limitation here applies where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Teachers should review generated content, supervise activities and keep backups of important files. These terms do not transfer responsibility for classroom decisions to the tools.
